Would like to put auto ship on hold till I finish what I have
I would like to put my coffee shipments on hold for awhile but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. I have a backlog of coffee right now as I am unable to drink as much coffee as I used to due to medication.

Unfortunately, we are unable to place an indefinite “hold” on your account. However, we can now delay your next shipment up to 12 weeks from the prior shipment, which would be May 6th, 2010. Please be mindful that you can also change your frequency from every 8 weeks up to every 12 weeks. Please advise if you’d like this change to be made to your account. If additional time is needed, you will have to call us to cancel your membership as we may not cancel via e-mail or chat.
You may cancel your club membership online at anytime by logging on to your account at www.bocajava.com. There will be a link that says "Cancel My Membership" in the Your Profile section of your account.

No, sorry, this is information I can get from the site, then go round and round with the "why do you want to cancel?" pages. One big hassle. I might as well just call and tell the CS rep that the answers to those questions is 'NunYa". -

Inappropriate?I live in a 5th wheel travel trailer and move about on whims. I am single and do not need this much coffee. If the shipments could come every six months or the account be suspended for a time, that would be great - as it stands, I am still using coffee I got from you in 2006 (it is still fresh and good, by the way). I would rather just be on "stand-by" and tell you when I need another shipment than have the automatic shipments sent so often.
I don't want to have to cancel my membership, but will if I can't get the shipments spread out farther.
