Why advertised discount on ALL Teaa cannot be received if I just want to modify my scheduled delivery.

I just spoke to customer service representative on the phone regarding the issue with ordering tea added to my regular coffee delivery. You advertise on the web site that ALL TEAS are 25% off but when it comes to ordering - I am not qualified. I was told that the only way to get a discount - to place a separate order. So much for convenience! You want me to save $2 and then pay $7 for shipment! Thanks a lot. Besides, there are no restrictions advertised on the web site. It is just strange that you guys pushing customers away to another web sites to purchase products rather then keep them ordering from you.
